FREE Welfare for all Seafarers onboard Danish Flagged vessels during port stays in Port of Rotterdam and Brielle!

The Danish organization Sea Health & Welfare is represented in and around the Port of Rotterdam/Brielle.

Our Welfare Consultant Belinda Hoff visits the Seafarers onboard their Danish Flagged vessels and provides Sea Health & Welfare’s services and transport.

She also welcomes the Seafarers to their beautiful Seafarers’ Centre in Brielle. This cozy ‘Home away from Home’ is centrally located in the heart of the picturesque town centre.

Besides offering free WIFI connection, Seafarers can play a game of air hockey, Darts and socialize with their family, friends and locals, whilst enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea with a homemade pastry from the next-door bakery.

There are also books in Danish, English and Polish language available at our Seafarers’ library.

The town has various supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, and scenic landmarks like the authentic windmill, cathedral and museum.

Seafarers may also use our bikes to discover the historical town and beautiful Dutch countryside.
